SCHEDULE:

FRIDAY-

SERVERS - Arrive between 4:30 and 5:30 PM. Team Prayer at 6PM (chapel).

GUESTS - Arrive between 6:30 and 7:30 PM on Friday to check-in and settled into room.

Dinner served from 6:30 - 7:30 PM

Conference begins at 7:45 PM

SUNDAY - The weekend will end at approximately 4:00 PM on Sunday.

 

HSE Weekends are cloistered weekends. This means it is necessary to attend all aspects of the weekend. We encourage guest to arrive on-time and stay until dismissed on Sunday. If you are unable to attend the full weekend, we encourage you to plan to attend at a later time.

 

CHECK-IN:

Dorms will be the first building on the left

Parking to the left of dorm in grass/gravel lot.

 

ACCOMMODATIONS:

The weekends are held in beautiful Northwest Georgia. Guests are housed in rooms with approximately 4-6 guests in each room. Each room has its own bathroom facilities. Each guest should supply their own bed linen and toiletry products. Bedding will need to be for a twin-size bed. We have limited special needs housing available upon request.

 

WHAT TO BRING:

  • 3 Release forms (STUDENTS MUST HAVE TO ATTEND)
    • HSE White Columns at Kingston Liability Form
    • HSE Liability Release Form for Minors
    • HSE Medical Release Form
  • Bedding for a twin bed: Rooms sleep up to 6 people with shared bathroom
    • pillow
    • sleeping bag or sheets and a comforter
  • Personal toiletry items and towels.
  • Comfortable clothing.  The dress is casual.  Wear what is comfortable.  Please bring appropriate outer wear and comfortable walking shoes.
  • Flashlight
  • Umbrella
  • Bible
  • Water bottle and/or coffee mug

 ***Due to allergies, we ask that you not wear/use strongly scented presumes, colognes, lotions, or use diffusers during the weekend***

HSE White Columns at Kingston Liability Release Form
You agree to release from liability and to indemnify and hold harmless Holy Spirit Encounter, LLC, (HSE) and any of its Trustees and members representing or related to HSE as regards to weekend activities, campground guest and overnight housing which is being provided. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death) and property losses or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodations for this event. The undersigned further agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations promulgated by Holy Spirit Encounter and/or its affiliate groups throughout the facility visit.

HSE Liability Release Form for Minors
You acknowledge team members from HSE (Holy Spirit Encounter) have voluntarily agreed to pray for the mentioned youth. The prayer session that youth will be involved in is not a professional counseling meeting and that none of the team members are licensed counselors. You understand these team members are, to the best of their ability, doing what they can to help the youth achieve more freedom in their life.

You understand that HSE is a nonprofit organization, which you have voluntarily sought this ministry of your own initiative and that you are under no obligation to accept or reject any of the advice or help that might be given from the team members of this ministry.

You understand when ministry from HSE is received the team is committed to respect the disclosed information but not to complete confidentiality. Directions to White Columns at Kingston

From Marietta, GA

Take I-75 North to GA-20 exit, EXIT 290, toward Rome/Canton (LEFT). Continue 2.35 miles and turn left onto Highway 411 NE/US-411 S/GA-61. Go approximately .5 miles and merge onto Joe Frank Harris Pkwy SE/US-41 N/GA-3 toward KINGSTON/Rome. Travel 3.6 miles, passing the Rome exit. Do not take the Rome exit. After you cross the bridge, take the next left on Boyd Morris Road. The road will dead-end at about 500 feet. Turn right onto Hwy 293. In approximately 6 miles, White Columns at Kingston will be on the right. Enter the main entrance and registration will be the first building on the left. Park in the lost to the left behind the registration building.

 

From Cartersville, GA

Go north on Hwy 41 (Joe Frank Harris Parkway) until you pass the Rome exit. Do not take the Rome exit. After you cross the bridge, take the next left on Boyd Morris Road.
